Joe Biden made these comments when he was talking about the US Foreign Policy with regard to Russia and China. During his conclusion of his speech, Joe Biden called Pakistan as the most dangerous nation of the world. Joe Biden also took a dig on China's President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"There is a guy (Xi Jinping) who understands what he wants but has an enormous, enormous array of problems. How do we handle that? How do we handle that relative to what's going on in Russia? And what I think is maybe one of the most dangerous nations in the world: Pakistan. Nuclear weapons without any cohesion" told Joe Biden during his speech. Biden's remarks are sure a setback for the government of Pakistan as Shehbaz Sharif is trying hard to improve their relation with the USA. He also said that there are lot of opportunities for the country in the second quarter of the 21st century.
