Michigan is better state than Ohio

Probably, you might already know that Michigan is a better state than Ohio, now there is more data to prove it.

United States News tanked the best States if U.S. based upon thousands of data points that relates to health care, education, crime, infrastructure, opportunity, economy and government.

Of the list Michigan ranks 33rd. The position is nothing to be excited about. But it is still higher than Ohio, which ranks 35th on the list.

Michigan was ranked:  34th in health care, 42nd in education, 19th in crime & corrections, 41st in infrastructure, 12th in opportunity, 28th in the economy and 22nd in government.

Michigan’s ranking above the Ohio is mostly due to its affordability, which ranks 2nd. On the other hand, the state has a poor education; Michigan was ranked 45th in higher education and 35th in pre-K-12.

U.S. News explained that "More weight was accorded to some of the state measures than others, based on a survey of what matters most to people,"

It said that "Health care and education were weighted more heavily. Followed by the opportunity whixhstates offers to their citizens, their crime and corrections and infrastructure.

State economies followed closely in weighting, followed by measures of government administration."

According to the study Massachusetts was ranked no. 1 state in the country, followed by New Hampshire, Minnesota, North Dakota, Washington, Iowa, Utah, Maryland, Colorado and Vermont.
