Ramadan the holy month of Muslims starts from 18th June. The month of fasting for 1.6 billion Muslims around the world. It is the period of prayer and fasting. The holy month helps to understand the importance of self control and prayers. Not to eat or drink from sunrise to sunset. It rejuvenates the body. It cleanses the body and soul.

Mosques, which overflow during the month of fasting, prayer and contemplation. People are encouraged to do extra good in the month of Ramadan, both for themselves and others. Charity is the buzz word during the holy period. Fasting requires a conscious effort, it is a sincere act of selflessness. The especially grateful experience of real hunger, gnawing exhaustion and the overwhelming relief while breaking the fast can only experience with fervour.

Ramadan is also a family experience, a time to bond, eat dinner and breakfast together, pray together, celebrate together. Breakfast at 3 a.m. and Dinner at 9 p.m. Eat both meals with your family.
